Reliance Communications Limited has announced that the Supreme Court has dismissed the review petitions filed in relation to civil appeals involving the company and its subsidiary, Reliance Telecom Limited.

The court concluded that no error apparent existed in the previous judgment and that no case for review was established.

This development impacts the respective corporate resolution plans, which contemplate the sale of the right to use spectrum as company assets, and whose approval applications remain pending before the tribunal while financial and operational implications are being examined.
