H S India Ltd has announced that its statutory auditors, M/s. K. K. Haryani & Co., have completed their tenure of five consecutive years and ceased to hold office at the conclusion of the recent annual general meeting.

Because they have reached the end of their permitted term, the firm is ineligible for re-appointment, leaving an opening for a new audit partner to oversee the company's financial reporting and compliance moving forward.
