IndusInd Bank has been penalized INR 1 Cr by the insurance regulator following an inspection of its bancassurance operations.

The penalty stems from deficiencies found in policyholder grievance redressal, reporting mechanisms, website disclosures, and renewal notices related to third-party insurance product distribution.
