Parshwanath Corporation Limited has announced an upcoming inter-se transfer of shares within its promoter group.

Mr. Raj Rushabh Patel will acquire 1,18,526 equity shares, representing 3.78% of the company's total share capital, from Mrs. Indiraben N. Patel.

This off-market transaction will be executed by way of a gift with no monetary consideration involved.

Consequently, the aggregate shareholding of the promoter and promoter group will remain unchanged before and after the transaction.

This internal transfer has zero impact on the total promoter holding or public float, keeping overall equity ownership steady.
