Compucom Software Limited recently convened its annual general meeting where shareholders approved key governance and operational matters.

The company cleared the re-appointment of Mr. Vaibhav Suranaa as Executive Director for a three-year term and appointed Dr. Arvind Kumar Dwivedi as an Independent Director for an initial two-year term.

Furthermore, shareholders greenlit the adoption of a new Employee Stock Option Scheme, enabling the issuance of up to 2,699,379 options to eligible employees across the organization and its affiliates, alongside approvals for secondary share acquisitions and associated funding structures.
