Industrial Investment Trust Limited has successfully concluded its buyback by extinguishing 16,22,822 fully paid-up equity shares.

This capital reduction shrinks the total paid-up equity share capital down from 2,25,47,550 shares to 2,09,24,728 shares.

Consequently, the promoter shareholding has increased from 49.92% to 53.79% post-extinguishment.
