Welspun Corp's subsidiary has approved incorporating a new step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Welspun Special Coating Private Limited.

This new entity will focus on executing diverse protective and functional coating works for pipes and metallic structures, expanding the group's specialized operational capabilities.
