To fill this vacancy, shareholders have approved the appointment of M/s Dave & Dave, Chartered Accountants, as the new statutory auditors for a fresh term of five consecutive years, spanning from the financial year 2026-27 through 2030-31. This transition ensures seamless governance continuity for the company, as the incoming firm brings extensive multi-sector audit expertise without any prior affiliations with the management or promoters.
