Indo Thai Securities Limited has approved the issuance of secured, redeemable, unlisted, unrated, non-convertible debentures amounting up to 10 Crore on a private placement basis.

To facilitate this fundraising, the company has executed a debenture trust deed and a deed of hypothecation with Axis Trustee Services Limited, creating an exclusive floating charge over its present and future listed or unlisted shares and securities held as stock-in-trade and investments.

This capital-raising move impacts the company’s debt structure and provides stakeholders with clarity on asset-backed debt obligations.
