Aditya Ultra Steel's Board greenlighted its merger into VMS TMT. For every 100 AUSL shares, shareholders will get 75 VMS shares. This strategic move aims to unify the Kamdhenu TMT brand across Gujarat, leveraging VMS's assets (~₹519 Cr) and turnover (~₹840 Cr FY26) for scale & market reach.
