Awfis reported strong financial results for the quarter. Revenue grew 27% to ₹425 Cr, EBITDA rose 28% to ₹162 Cr, and PAT surged 140% to ₹24 Cr. Operational expansion included adding 7 new centres, now totaling 251 with ~170,000 seats.
Awfis achieved record annual revenue of ₹1,493 Cr (+24% YoY), with co-working up 35%. Operating EBITDA grew 37% to ₹550 Cr (36.8% margin), and industry-leading ROCE hit 60%. Expanded to 266 centres, adding 30K seats driven by strong enterprise demand.
