BLS International secured upgraded credit ratings from ICRA: AA-(Stable) long-term and A1+ short-term, a notch above current CRISIL ratings. This covers instruments worth Rs. 300 Cr, reflecting strong financials like FY26 operating income of Rs. 2,998 Cr and PAT of Rs. 723.8 Cr.
BLS committee approved granting 0.015 Cr ESOPs at ₹254.70/option to employees. These options, converting to 0.015 Cr shares, vest over 3 years, signaling employee retention & potential future dilution.
