DLF Ltd with its subsidiaries, associates and JVs is engaged in real estate development, from the identification and acquisition of land to planning, execution, construction and marketing of projects. It is also engaged in business of leasing, generation of power, provision of maintenance services, hospitality and recreational services which are related to the overall development of real estate business.
DLF delivered strong FY26 results: new sales bookings hit ₹20,143 Cr, net profit ₹4,408 Cr. Its annuity portfolio grew to 50 million sq ft. Celebrating 80 years, DLF remains confident in urban development growth, aligning with India's infrastructure push.
DLF's Q1FY27 net profit grew 4% to Rs 794 Cr, with Rs 1,317 Cr operating cash flow. Net cash reached Rs 15,200 Cr. Despite deferred launches, new sales hit Rs 657 Cr. Strong rental occupancy (95%) and new retail projects bolster future growth.
DLF clarified it is unaware of any specific information or event driving the recent significant increase in its share trading volume. The company attributes the movement to market-driven factors, reaffirming its commitment to timely disclosures.

DLF completed the sale of its IT/ITeS SEZ undertaking (DLF TechPark II) and ~17.75 acres of land in Kolkata to Srijan Group. The aggregate consideration for these concluded business transactions is ~₹ 710.23 Cr.
