ICRA Limited has reaffirmed Godrej Properties' credit ratings. Non-Convertible Debentures worth 5,250 Cr and Long-term bank facilities of 13,000 Cr are rated [ICRA]AA+ (Stable). Commercial Paper of 4,000 Cr and Short-term bank facilities are rated [ICRA]A1+. This reaffirmation indicates stable credit quality for the company.
Godrej Properties launched 'On Court,' a large indoor padel facility with four international courts, at Godrej City, Panvel. This coincides with a new phase announcement for 3 & 4 bed Sky Villas, enhancing the township's premium lifestyle and sporting ecosystem, including a 9-hole golf course.
