HEG has scheduled a plant visit for various analysts and institutional investors to the REPLUS Giga Factory in Pune on Thursday, 3rd September, 2026. This pre-scheduled, closed-group interaction will focus on the company's business operations and publicly available information. No Unpublished Price Sensitive Information will be shared.
HEG's demerger will create two listed entities. The existing firm becomes HEG Advanced Materials (battery, green power), and a new entity, HEG Graphite (electrodes), is formed. Shareholders receive 1:1 shares in the new graphite company. New leadership for both entities aims for specialized growth.
