Somany Home Innovations Ltd. (SHIL) is a newly created Corporate Entity which was demerged from HSIL Limited, vastly recognised by its Brand Hindware, a leading name in the Indian market. SHIL is focused on servicing end-consumers in the market and is involved in branding, marketing, sales, distribution, trading, service etc. of Consumer Appliances under the Brand name ‘Hindware’, ‘Moonbow’ and Furniture Retail Business under the Brand name ‘Evok’.
Company demerger progresses with NCLT stakeholder approval. Consolidated revenue is H2,510 Cr, EBITDA H233 Cr (+25%), and net loss narrowed to H39.25 Cr. Strategic exits from high-loss categories, new product launches (AI chimneys), and a new pipes plant boost operations. Exceptional charges of H52.58 Cr were recorded.
