The Co. is one of the largest fully integrated Agro-based paper manufacturers in India committed to manufacturing wood-free, high-quality maplitho, cream wove, copier and specialty paper.
Kuantum Papers has raised 100 Cr by allotting 10,000 unlisted, secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) to an identified investor via private placement. Each NCD has a face value of 1 Lakh and offers 12.70% annual interest, maturing in June 2030. This is a debt fund infusion.
