Sanstar Limited has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2026. The company's share transfer books will remain closed from September 17 to September 23, 2026, for the purpose of the AGM.
Sanstar reported strong Q1 results: revenue up 21.5% to Rs. 206.2 Cr, PAT Rs. 9.2 Cr, and export revenue up 24.5%. Dhule's native starch capacity expanded to 2,350 TPD. Ingredion invested Rs. 198.3 Cr for 9%. A 3 MW solar plant commissioned, expecting Rs. 3 Cr annual savings.
