Vardhman Special Steels will host a group meeting with investors and analysts, including Latent Advisors PMS and ICICI Securities PMS, on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at Ludhiana. The meeting will be followed by a plant visit. Discussions will be limited to information already in the public domain.
Vardhman Special Steels operationalized a 40MW solar plant, now covering ~40% of energy demand & reducing carbon intensity below 0.50 tCO₂/tonne. Enhancements include PNG transition, advanced rolling block, & SAP S/4HANA for efficiency. The company also decreased waste generation and spent ₹2.76 Cr on CSR initiatives.
