HEG Limited — Important, 19-02-2025: General Updates

Redrose Vanijya LLP has acquired indirect voting rights of 28.95% in HEG Limited by obtaining shareholding of promoter group companies through an off-market transfer, following a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench. As a result, Redrose Vanijya LLP now qualifies as a member of HEG's promoter group. Several entities, previously part of the promoter group, have ceased to be members under this arrangement. These changes will be reflected in the company’s shareholding pattern for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, to be submitted in accordance with stock exchange requirements.
