Vardhman Special Steels Limited reported solid performance for the nine months, achieving volumes of 1,66,162 MT and revenue from operations of Rs. 1,336.37 Crore, a 9.36% increase year-on-year. EBITDA, including other income, reached Rs. 138.54 Crore, reflecting a 20.76% YoY growth, and PAT was Rs. 73.36 Crore, up 24.68% from the previous year.

For Q3, the company recorded revenue of Rs. 426.77 Crore, a 7.39% YoY increase, driven by a sales volume of 54,252 MT. However, PAT declined slightly to Rs. 21.46 Crore, down from Rs. 21.81 Crore YoY. Management noted a 14% growth in rolled product volumes despite market challenges, with an EBITDA per ton of Rs. 7,981. As part of their strategy, Vardhman is enhancing inventory in anticipation of a planned 25-day plant shutdown in March, positioning themselves for continued growth and value creation.
