HEG Limited — Board Meeting, 13-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024. Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,139.06 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹126.40 crore. The Board also appointed Dr. Kamal Gupta as an Additional Non-Executive Director, effective November 14, 2024, and re-appointed Shri Manish Gulati as Executive Director for five years starting March 1, 2025. Additionally, the investment in Bhilwara Infotechnology Limited (BIL) will make it a wholly-owned subsidiary of HEG Limited.
