Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited — Others, 04-11-2024: Giving guarantees/indemnity/ becoming a surety for third party

Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited has granted a Rs. 100 Crore corporate guarantee to Bandhan Bank for a term loan to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Baghauli Sugar and Distillery Limited. This guarantee will be recorded as a contingent liability on a standalone basis, while having no impact on a consolidated basis due to the consolidation of BSDL's accounts.
