Hindware Home Innovation Limited has announced a Rights Issue of up to 1,13,49,962 equity shares, aggregating to ₹249.70 crores. Eligible Equity Shareholders are entitled to receive 119 Rights Equity Shares for every 758 fully paid-up shares held. Shareholders holding fewer than seven shares will have no rights entitlement but can apply for additional shares, with preferential consideration for one extra share if they do.
