Aditya Ultra Steel Limited — Board Meeting, 31-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved a revised tentative timeline for the installation of the 5000 KWP Solar Captive Power Plant, with CEIG approval expected by the end of May 2025 and commissioning by July 2025. The timeline extension is due to regulatory policy changes affecting connectivity. Additionally, the Memorandum of Understanding with Maheshwar Ispat Pvt. Ltd. for TMT bar manufacturing has been terminated as full production capacity is now being utilized.
