HAL has achieved a remarkable revenue of ₹30,400 Crore for the fiscal year, slightly surpassing last year's figure of ₹30,381 Crore, despite facing supply chain challenges that impacted deliveries of the Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) and the Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH). The order book has seen impressive growth, rising to ₹1,84,000 Crore from ₹94,129 Crore, largely due to the acquisition of new manufacturing contracts worth ₹1,02,000 Crore and repairs and overhaul contracts totaling ₹17,500 Crore. Notably, HAL recently secured a significant contract with the Ministry of Defense for 156 LCH Prachand helicopters valued at ₹62,777 Crore, the largest procurement by the MoD from HAL to date. Additional strategic achievements include HAL becoming the first Defence PSU to gain 'Maharatna' status and signing multiple key contracts for military aircraft and upgrades. With supply chain issues stabilizing and new orders confirmed, HAL is well-positioned for enhanced performance in FY 2025-26.
