Godrej Properties Limited — Board Meeting, 02-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Godrej Properties has announced a board meeting on May 2, 2025, approving a debt raise of up to Rs 2,000 Cr to boost liquidity. The 40th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 1, 2025. Gaurav Pandey is set for re-appointment as MD and CEO for three years starting January 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, BNP and Associates will take over as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26, replacing A.K. Jain & Co.
