Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue hit Rs 3,745.78 Cr with profit before tax at Rs 349.71 Cr. A final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share was proposed. The merger of its 100% subsidiary, Baghauli Sugar and Distillery, effective April 1, 2024, is now part of the financials. Rajeev Bakshi is slated for re-appointment as Independent Director, and Vikas Gera & Associates appointed as Secretarial Auditor, both pending shareholder approval.
