Hindustan Aeronautics Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has announced a board meeting on 14th May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 33,542 Cr with net profit at Rs. 8,364 Cr for FY25, up from Rs. 30,381 Cr and Rs. 7,621 Cr respectively in FY24. EPS stands at Rs. 125. Key moves include a major sales tax settlement significantly cutting liabilities, higher pension contributions increasing employee costs, and a Rs. 843 Cr provision for replacing a crashed Su-30 aircraft. A cyber fraud loss of Rs. 55 lakh is under investigation. Investment of Rs. 61 lakh was made in an advanced materials testing entity.
