Bathware delivered ₹360 crore (Q4) and ₹1,384 crore (FY25) revenues, with ~10.6% FY25 EBITDA margin. Pipes posted ₹247 crore (Q4) and ₹786 crore (FY25), with 7.8% margin and 12% volume growth despite raw material pressures.

Management is focused on premiumization, distribution in top cities, and strengthening sales channels. Bathware targets double-digit growth and margin gains, while pipes expand capacity (Roorkee plant) and prioritize volume growth amid raw material volatility. Consumer appliances lead in kitchen segments with strong innovation and brand presence. Debt reduction of ₹200-250 crore over two years planned; FY26 capex set at ₹100-125 crore.
