Hindustan Aeronautics Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 27-06-2025: Record Date

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd has announced a board meeting on which it proposed a final dividend of Rs. 15 per equity share (300%) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The record date for dividend eligibility is 21st August 2025. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Murthy & Co. LLP as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26.
