Godrej Properties Limited has announced a board meeting to transact its 40th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing. Key agenda includes adopting audited financial results for FY25, re-appointing Mr. Pirojsha Godrej as Director, and re-appointing Mr. Gaurav Pandey as Managing Director & CEO for three more years from 2026 to 2028. Under Pandey's leadership, the company significantly scaled up, becoming India’s largest real estate developer by booking value and cash flow. Standalone net profit rose to ₹1,011 Cr and consolidated net profit to ₹1,400 Cr in FY25. The company also plans to appoint M/s BNP and Associates as Secretarial Auditors and ratify remuneration for Cost Auditors for FY26.
