Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited — Others, 07-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited has completed its 73rd Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. The Board approved the financial results and declared a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (face value Rs. 2). Directors Shri Bharat Bhushan Mehta and Shri Thyagarajan Venkatesan were re-appointed after retiring by rotation. The remuneration for Cost Auditors R.J. Goel & Co. for FY 2025-26 was ratified. Shri Rajeev Bakshi was re-appointed as an Independent Director. Vikas Gera & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years. All resolutions were passed with overwhelming shareholder approval.
