Godrej Properties has announced key leadership transitions. Mr. Priyansh Kapoor has resigned as Zonal CEO – MMR, and Mr. Amitesh Shah has been appointed to this role, effective July 19. Amitesh brings over two decades of experience, including successfully leading the MMR 1 region to INR 5,100 crore in bookings. Additionally, Mr. Vikas Singhal has resigned as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Sandeep Navlakhe will step into this role from August 1. Sandeep boasts 34 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and real estate, including leading projects and scaling a business unit to INR 3,750 crore. These changes are set to bolster the company's operational leadership.
