    HEG's 53rd AGM approved FY25 financials & a final dividend of Rs. 1.80/share for FY24-25. Shareholders also re-appointed Directors Riju Jhunjhunwala & Shekhar Agarwal, and approved Smt. Vinita Singhania's continuation as Non-Executive Director past age 75 in FY26-27.
