SEPC Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 19-09-2025: Record Date

SEPC has approved a First & Final Call of ₹5/- per partly paid share for 35 crore equity shares from its earlier rights issue. The record date is September 30, 2025, to identify shareholders eligible for this call. Trading in these partly paid shares will be suspended before the record date. Shareholders identified on the record date must pay ₹5/- per share between October 23 and November 07, 2025, to fully pay up their shares.
