Hindware Home Innovation delivered strong Q2 FY26 consolidated results, with revenue up 7.3% year-over-year to ₹676 Cr. Profit Before Tax (PBT) showed a significant turnaround, swinging to ₹14 Cr from a loss in the previous year. For the half-year, consolidated PBT also turned profitable at ₹24 Cr. The Bathware segment led growth with revenue up 10.3% to ₹397 Cr, while the standalone Consumer Products business (HHIL) also turned profitable after rationalizing its portfolio.

The company is moving forward with a demerger plan, approved by BSE and NSE, to unlock shareholder value by separating its Consumer Products business. Key growth strategies include expanding premium product offerings, strengthening distribution, and enhancing operational efficiency across its Bathware, Pipes, and Kitchen Appliance segments. The Pipes business is boosting capacity with its new Roorkee plant under trial production and expanding its product range. HHIL is focusing on high-demand kitchen appliances, having discontinued several loss-making product categories. Management aims to accelerate growth across all segments by optimizing market reach and introducing new products.
