    SEPC Limited — Board Meeting, 03-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    SEPC has announced a board meeting on February 02, 2026, approving a shift in Rights Issue funds. Out of ₹140 Cr originally for NCDs, ₹15.80 Cr will still go to NCDs, but ₹124.20 Cr is reallocated for working capital needs. Shareholders must approve this change.
