    SEPC acquired 90% of Avenir International Engineers & Consultants LLC, Abu Dhabi, for ~INR 1,530 Cr via share swap. This expands SEPC's global footprint in the Oil & Gas sector, especially in MENA, bringing in approx. AED 500 million order book and high-margin services.
