Vardhman Special Steels Limited — Updates, 28-04-2026: Press Release

Vardhman Special Steels' FY26 PAT rose 31.08% to Rs 122.02 Cr on 2.56% higher volumes. Revenue was flat at Rs 1,754.43 Cr. Operational gains include debt-free status, Kocks Block, solar plant, and capacity increased to 270,000 tonnes with a new furnace. A dividend of Rs 3.50/share was declared.
