Board approved audited financial results for the quarter and financial year. A final dividend of ₹3.40/share was proposed. Also approved was creation of security up to ₹1,239 Cr for its wholly-owned subsidiary, TACC Limited, and advancement of a Composite Scheme for Graphite Business demerger, with NCLT meetings slated.
