SEPC Limited — Important, 09-05-2026: Updates

SEPC received final call money for 24,236,652 partly paid rights issue shares, out of 49,291,505. The Committee approved converting these 24.24 million shares into fully paid-up equity. This step partially completes the rights issue and strengthens the company's capital.
