Hindware Home Innovation Limited — JV/Acquisition, 03-06-2026: Acquisition

Hindware Home Innovation is taking full control of Hintastica Private Limited, making it a 100% subsidiary. The company will invest approximately INR 17.79 Cr in total to fully acquire its water heater business. This strategic move aims to consolidate and strengthen Hindware’s consumer durables portfolio under its own brand. Hintastica reported a turnover of roughly INR 39.72 Cr in FY26. Hindware will also extend a corporate guarantee of INR 25 Cr for Hintastica’s working capital, underscoring its increased commitment to the business.
