Hindware will invest 15 Cr in Hintastica via rights issue and acquire Atlantic's remaining stake for ~2.79 Cr. Hintastica becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary, giving Hindware full control of its water heater business, backed by a 25 Cr corporate guarantee.
