Hindware Home Innovation Limited — JV/Acquisition, 03-06-2026: Acquisition

Hindware Home Innovation is taking full control of Hintastica Private Limited, its water heater business joint venture. Hindware will invest 15 Cr via a rights issue and acquire the remaining shares from Atlantic for ~2.79 Cr. This ~17.79 Cr move makes Hintastica a 100% subsidiary, allowing Hindware to fully operate the "Hindware" brand water heater business. The strategic rationale is to gain complete control, provide financial support, and capitalize Hintastica for working capital. The company also extended a 25 Cr corporate guarantee, strengthening its position in the consumer durables segment.
