SEPC's board approved acquiring up to 90% of UAE-based Avenir via a ₹1,530 Cr share swap (153 Cr shares at ₹10). This expands SEPC's Middle East oil & gas presence. Board also increased authorized capital to ₹600 Cr and borrowing limits to ₹7,500 Cr for growth.
