SEPC will acquire up to 90% in UAE-based Avenir for ₹1,530 Cr via 153 Cr preferential shares, expanding Middle East oil & gas presence without cash. It also increased authorized share capital to ₹6,000 Cr and borrowing limits to ₹7,500 Cr for growth.
