HEG's board cleared a Composite Scheme effective Sept 1. Shareholders get 1 share of the new HEG Graphite for 1 HEG share. Bhilwara Energy shareholders get 8 HEG shares for 7. Riju Jhunjhunwala is the new HEG Chairman, MD & CEO. Current HEG will be renamed HEG Advanced Materials.
