HEG's board greenlit its Composite Scheme, resulting in a demerger (1 HEG Graphite share for 1 HEG share) and Bhilwara Energy amalgamation (8 HEG for 7). Riju Jhunjhunwala is the new CMD, leading significant board/KMP changes. HEG proposes renaming to HEG Advanced Materials.
