Tejassvi Aaharam Limited has announced major leadership changes, including the appointment of Mr. Natarajan Prasanna as Managing Director alongside multiple new executive and independent board members, while several directors have tendered their resignations or chosen to retire.

Additionally, the Chief Financial Officer has resigned, and M/s. Chitra Lalitha & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.

The company also approved convening its upcoming Annual General Meeting and proposed changing its corporate name to "WEAGRO Limited," pending shareholder and statutory approvals, marking a significant strategic pivot for stakeholders.
